Our 1 to 6 Gallons W/F/C production lines consist of the complete stages required to provide our customer with the good quality product they aim to receive. Our machines can provide a capacity up to 1200 container/ hour for the 6 gallons container size.
Our production lines consist of:
- De-capper to remove the old caps.
- Complete washing lines consisting of multiple washing stages depending on the customer’s request (up to 12 stages).
- Multiple filling heads depending on the capacity required. The machine’s filling heads are designed to minimize the water overflow in the bottles.
- Shrink sleeve machine plus heating tunnel to wrap the neck of the container.
- All machines are PLC controlled.
- All machines are made of 304/ 316 Stainless Steel.
