SEMI AUTOMATIC PET BLOWING MACHINE:
Our PET stretch blow molding machine is specially designed to produce multiple sizes of water bottles ranging from
250 ML to 2 Liters and for water containers ranging from 3 to 6 gallons. The output production varies according to the bottles/ container size needed.
Our machine guarantees fine bottle finishing due to the engineering design and technology used.
Characteristic
1. Blowing 250 - > 2500 ml bottles & 3 -> 6 gallons containers.
2. Blowing machine consist of two (2) cavities for containers and up to four (4) cavities for bottles.
3. Infrared heater
4. Adopt double heating up system for energy saving and proper perform heating temperature
5. Equipped with special inner cooling system
6. Cooling system ensures the quality of bottle neck
7. Advanced PLC control system for complete adjustments
